136 High St Northcote was a joint venture development between the builder, Di Manno Enterprises P/L and the Architect Tom Paciocco. This development comprised of 11 apartments with three being single level and 8 two storeys. The site fronts on to busy High St and sits high on Rucker’s Hill with commanding views of the city skyline and The MCG to the South and a panoramic vista of the Dandenong Ranges to the East. The City of Darebin considered this project as a gateway building to the High St Northcote shopping precinct. Again this is a building that has been tightly held by its multiple owners with only two resales occurring since its completion in 2007.
